Terms
Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all our prices are quoted without taxes, shipping and handling. We might change our prices due to price changes by our suppliers or fluctuating currency rates.

Payment Method
All orders by our customers must be paid by credit card or one of the other payment possibilities . We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Charge Date
All credit cards are charged on the day we send the goods from our store house.
Delivery Time
Delivery time supplied by us must be viewed as non-committing. Delivery time is understood as the time of arrival of goods to our store house. Time used on selecting, packaging and, if needed, production is in addition to the time we quote before shipping the product. When time is quoted in days it is understood that days means working days.
Cooling-off Period/Return Rights
You have ten days return after receiving the goods, on all goods bought from us via post order. Returned goods must be in the same condition as received. This means that packaging isn't broken and the goods aren't harmed. This cooling-off period is described in Act Relating to Cooling-off Period, Norway.
Faulty or Defective Goods
You must immediately report any faults or defects on goods received from us. Before you report it you must do the following: Make sure that parts of the order isn't on hold or awaiting shipping. Make sure that thepackaging slip is correct and lists the items you've received. Make sure that the invoice and packaging slip is in accordance to the order confirmation and any order changes or cancellations made.
Send your e-mail to info@exponential.earth. You must supply your order number and customer number. You will find both on the packaging slip or your invoice.
Order Cancellation by the Customer
You can at any time cancel an order until the order has been shipped from our store house. Subscriptions: This applies to subscriptions only. A cancellation of a subscription will be in effect one week after we receive your cancellation. Delivery and billing will continue as normal until the end of that period. A written contract might stipulate other terms. For customized solutions rules for cancellation will be covered by the contract which you will receive before any customization start.
Order Cancellation by Us
We might cancel an order if the order isn't available from our supplier and the customer hasn't accepted replacement goods. We might also cancel an order if a credit card is invalid.
Replacement Goods
Replacement goods will always be of the same or higher quality than the goods it replaces. When the replacement is of a significantly higher quality or price the customer must cover the difference. We will always get an accept from the customer before shipping replacement goods. If a replacement isn't accepted we will refund the invoice and your costs (within reason and law).
Exceptions
All these provisions covers products and licenses sold through this site to consumers. The sole exception is any orders which has been negotiated or which are results of an request for quote and/or which are sold to companies. Those are governed by contractual law.
Privacy
The privacy of our visitors and customers are important to us. This page will fully disclose what information we collect, why we collect it and how we store it (and sometimes why we don't store it).
